What does the "Day to Day" Look Like?

  • Coaching sales team to reach their goals and objectives
  • Pipeline development and management with the team
  • Conducting joint sales calls with higher potential clients
  • Account management of key accounts
  • Assisting on solution and proposal creation
  • Executing strategic plan to ensure growth and meeting targets
  • Liaising with marketing coordinator to align activities
  • Execution of public programs and delivery of corporate solutions projects
Requirements

What experience do I need?

  • Minimum of 5 years proven sales leadership or business experience 

 

What are the "must haves"?

 
  • Have a reliable transportation
  • Must have lived in the area for a minimum of 2 years
  • Flexibility to work during the day, some evenings and occasional weekends
  • Four Year College or University Degree (For US Trainer Certification)
  • Live in Charleston, WV

  • Able to manage through high levels of business development
  • Versed in a consultative sales approach
  • Competency with account systems, sales forecasting and P&L management
  • Ability to network – connections to the business community
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literacy –  High degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, normal web and internet functionality and use.
