Field Executive - Sales - North America

Location North America, US

We have a dedicated field support team that partners with each of our operations to support a functional area of their business.  You will be a part of this regional Field Support Group, reporting to the Regional Vice President for North America.


As a Dale Carnegie Sales Field Executive you will be working with each of the operations to implement and maintain the Dale Carnegie sales process and standards and to assist the franchisees in driving business results.  You will have the opportunity to support our operations on a day to day basis through coaching meetings and site visits with the local franchisee and trainer groups.

What does the day to day look like?
  • Coaching and support on Dale Carnegie sales practices
  • Conducting coaching meetings (virtual and on site)
  • Proactive outreach to franchisees for field support
  • Refining coaching/training materials in sales and sales management
  • Monitoring sales quality throughout the region - identifying opportunities
  • Conducting region-wide sales development events and training sessions


  • Minimum of 5 years proven track record
  • Experience in Dale Carnegie operation or other professional services firm (e.g. training, search, advertising, consulting)

  • Exceptional business acumen
  • Strong coaching and development orientation
  • Sales Traning experience
  • Solid leadership abilities
  • A high level of personal accountability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Computer literacy – Office, Productivity and CRM applications 
  • Conversant with webinar and conference call deliveries (e.g. Go to Meeting, WebEx)

Compensation Plan:
  • Competitive compensation package including salary and year - end bonus program. The candidate’s level of experience and expertise will impact the salary range for this role.
