What does the "day-to-day" look like?
- Building new business from within existing accounts
- Prospecting for new clients and reactivating dormant accounts
- Facilitating assessment conversations with business leaders and decision makers
- Tailoring training solutions for clients and ensuring those solutions are met
- Adding value with current clients to maintain relationships
- Office located in Timonium, MD
- Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Cecil County, Harford County, and Howard County

- Computer literacy – high degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, Email and email management, normal Internet functionality and use

What is the compensation plan?
- Base salary range - $4,000 - $4,500 per month for the first 6 months. Smaller base salary and commission structure after 6 months or straight commission options.
- First year earnings typically average $50,000
- Second year earnings typically average $60,000 - $70,000
- Third year earnings typically average $70,000+
