Performance Consultant B2B Sales

Location Central and Western, ND, US

The Role: Consultant (B2B sales) for Central and Western ND - based out of your location

Our solutions include assessments, training and coaching individuals at every level. You enjoy phone and in-person sales and have a genuine desire to help companies and their people succeed. You use your consultive approach and proven Dale Carnegie solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

What does the “Day to Day” Look Like?


  • Building new business from within existing accounts

  • Prospecting for new clients and reactivating dormant accounts

  • Reacting to inbound web leads from the internet and converting to conversations

  • Networking in the business community

  • Meeting with top leaders of our prospects and clients

  • Registering individuals and teams for public program offerings

  • Working with internal project teams to create custom solutions 


What experience do I need?


  • Customer service based work history

  • Outside or inside sales experience

  • Proficiency in web based productivity, CRM and social media applications (Google Apps, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn)


What competencies should I have?

  • Comfort in selling B2B over the phone and in-person

  • Exemplary prospecting skills

  • Versed in a consultative sales approach

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Enthusiastic attitude!

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

What does the compensation look like?

  • Base plus commission

  • Approximately 20 hours per week
