What does the “Day to Day” Look Like?
Building new business from within existing accounts
Prospecting for new clients and reactivating dormant accounts
Reacting to inbound web leads from the internet and converting to conversations
Networking in the business community
Meeting with top leaders of our prospects and clients
Registering individuals and teams for public program offerings
Working with internal project teams to create custom solutions
What experience do I need?
Customer service based work history
Outside or inside sales experience
Proficiency in web based productivity, CRM and social media applications (Google Apps, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn)
What competencies should I have?
Comfort in selling B2B over the phone and in-person
Exemplary prospecting skills
Versed in a consultative sales approach
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
What does the compensation look like?
Base plus commission
Approximately 20 hours per week
