Trainer Field Executive - Asia Pacific

Description
We have Dale Carnegie operations in 21 countries within the APAC region. We have a dedicated field support team that partners with each of our operations to support a functional area of their business. This is a dynamic region but one that requires a focus on trainer development and quality to maintain its fast rate of growth. You will be a part of this regional Field Support Group, reporting to the Regional Vice President for APAC.
 
As a Dale Carnegie Delivery (Trainer) Field Support Executive you will be working with each of operations to implement and maintain the Dale Carnegie trainer certification process and standards. You will have the opportunity to support our operations on a day to day basis through coaching meetings and site visits with the local Training Directors and trainer groups.

 What does the day to day look like?
  • Conducting coaching meetings with trainers (virtually and on site)
  • Monitoring trainer quality throughout the region - identifying opportunities
  • Conducting region-wide trainer development events
  • Delivering sessions for key regional sales contracts
  • Acting as a help desk for solution creation with our local offices
 
Requirements
What experience do I need?
  • Dale Carnegie Trainer 5+ years of experience and Master Trainer or Certified Local Training Director (now or in the last 5 years)
  • Certified in a minimum of 3 Dale Carnegie Curriculum Areas
 What are the "must haves"?
**If you are currently contracted to a Dale Carnegie Franchisee, you must seek their approval before we can consider your application
 
  • Are fluent in a business level of English – both written and oral. Second language of Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean an asset.
  • Live in the APAC or Australasia region currently, would commit to 2 years of living in the region. Depending on the qualifications of the candidate we may consider candidates  that are in close promity to the APAC region and willing to work exclusively in the APAC time zones
  • Are able to travel throughout the region and occasionally overseas for development events and meetings
  • Have a valid passport and able to attain visas to APAC and Australasian countries
  • Work variable hours due to the many time zones in the region
