What does the "Day to Day" Look Like?
  • Prospecting for new clients and reactivating dormant accounts
  • Facilitating assessment conversations with business leaders and decision makers
  • Consulting with our DC project team to tailor solutions to organizational outcomes
  • Liaising with DC project team to ensure the solutions are meeting the client needs
  • Adding value with current clients to maintain relationships
  • Presenting our DC solutions to decision makers, business groups, and associations.

 

Requirements
What experience do I need?
  • Three years or more sales, management or business experience – preferably in a professional service industry
What are the "must haves"?
  • Are fluent in business level of french and english (language) oral and written
  • Have a reliable car
  • Must have lived in the area for a minimum of 1 year
  • Flexibility to work during the day, some evenings

What competencies should I have?
  • Exemplary prospecting skills
  • Versed in a consultative sales approach
  • Comfort in selling to mid to upper level executives
  • Ability to develop accounts strategically
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to network – connections to the business community
  • Computer literacy – High degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, Email and email management, normal web and internet functionality and use

What is the compensation plan?
  • Salary and commission structure with bonus program
  • First year earnings typically range from 40,000$ - 50,000$
  • Second year earnings potential from 50,000$ - 70,000$
  • Third year on upwards of 70,000$
