As Dale Carnegie Trainer you will have the opportunity to coach and develop people from a variety of industries and business situations.  Our clients know they can improve the performance of their organisation by developing their key asset – their people!  They work with the Dale Carnegie team to solve business issues and reach their vision and goals.  Dale Carnegie trainers are expert practitioners that impart the unique Carnegie methodology through engaging and interactive coaching sessions that ultimately impact the results of a company, department or team.

What does the "Day to Day" Look Like?

*       Consulting with a project team to tailor solutions to organisational outcomes

*       Preparing and delivering sessions based on client needs and schedules

*       Liaising with a project team to ensure the solutions are meeting the client needs

*       Progress check-ins with participants to assist their preparation for sessions

*       Monitoring participant satisfaction during each programme

*       Attending project update meetings with the project team to ensure delivery is connected to the organisation’s culture/environment

Providing feedback to clients on any emerging issues

Requirements

What experience do I need?

  • Credible, experienced business professional
  • Minimum of 5 years real world, business experience in the "subject" area and a strong success track-record
  • Experience with experiential learning techniques and an understanding of the value of "learning by doing".
  • Extremely comfortable coaching & facilitating groups of business people

What are the "must haves"?

  • Fluency in business level English
  • Flexibility to work during the day, some evenings and occasional weekends
  • Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

What is the compensation plan?

  • A competitive daily or half-day delivery fee
