The Director of Delivery Quality serves as the standard bearer for quality delivery across the global Dale Carnegie network. They are the protector of the heritage, the "keeper of the WOW" and the champion of the Dale Carnegie "difference." This person leads the Master Trainer team and influences the trainer network to assure high standards are set, met and adhered to in every endorsement event. This person monitors trainer quality, coaching franchisees and trainers to improve quality in every session. They recognize quality consistently.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE: The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, provide support as needed and adjust to varying demands of projects and staff members. He or she will be a good listener who is open to taking coaching and feedback and is focused on organizational success not individual concerns. The candidate will be respectful of the historical context at Dale Carnegie while recognizing future trends to pave the way for progress. This person will manage diverse projects that focus on trainer preparation, trainer development and trainer support to improve delivery performance. The successful candidate will be a confident doer/leader, willing to jump in to projects on their own while growing the skills of Master Trainers, Franchisees and Training Directors to take on more projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively engage Master Trainers in advancing the Dale Carnegie Difference

• Influence the global trainer network to continually raise standards

• Establish events, direction and approach to developing and maintaining trainers

• Produce thought leadership pieces regarding trainer issues, ideas and concepts

• Support franchisees in communicating our unique delivery difference with customers

• Deliver Master Trainer events to keep their delivery at the peak of quality

• Deliver endorsement events to stay sharp and advance high levels of quality

• Represent DCA in the network

• Advocate for trainer needs and issues within DCA and the network

• Measure quality and monitor improvement in these measures

• Coach franchisees to strengthen trainer delivery

Absolute: • DCT certified Trainer • DCT certified Master Trainer • Trainer leadership experience • Experience with DCT globally • College Degree • 5+ years of Training Experience • Project planning and time management skills • Ability to manage and meet deadlines while being able to adapt to changing priorities • Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently Desirable: • Multiple program Trainer • Multiple program Master Trainer • CLTD or Franchise Director of Training • Experience delivering in more than 5 countries • Masters Degree • 5+ years of Dale Carnegie delivery experience
