Description

Require a Marketing Manager with an experience of Social Media and Digital Marketing. An experience of 3-5 years is required.

The Role

Marketing plays an important role in our company. Marketing is a multi-disciplined role that includes direct marketing, social media and social networking, research, public relations, branding, communications and advertising. It involves working alongside a wide range of people, both internal staff members from other departments and external agencies such as design teams, vendors, advertisement agencies etc.

 

Requirements

Critical Tasks include

  • Coordinate with the Digital, Creative Agency and other vendors to execute monthly digital and other marketing plans.
  • Work with the website team to ensure that all activity is consistent with sales journey and development strategy
  • Monitor Social Media platforms, partner portals and other online review sites for comments and suggestions
  • Increase brand visibility and followers on social networking sites
  • Improve efficiencies by reducing media costs and campaign optimization
  • Monitoring and analysing market trends
  • Studying competitors' products and services
  • Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
  • Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
  • Managing the production of promotional material
  • Liaising with other internal departments such as Sales, HR, etc
  • MIS- creating reports to monitor results

Location : Mumbai Corporate Office

Reports to: Head of Marketing

    A Marketing manager would require the following:

    1. He/She should be able to use a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts,
    2. Should think creatively,
    3. Strong communication skills both over the phone and in person
    4. Should possess sound knowledge and experience of managing digital campaigns,
    5. Should have the required technical and analytical competencies with a detailed understanding of customer experience, optimization techniques and customer journey
    6. Experience with implementing social media strategies within a business context
    7. Conversant with promotional strategies around events
    8. Exposure to basic PR strategies
    9. Good project management abilities

    Must Have Skills:

    1. Fluency in English both written and oral
    2. Highly organised and result oriented
    3. Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics and MS Office
