What does the “Day to Day” Look Like?
  •   Building new business from within existing accounts
  •   Prospecting for new clients and reactivating dormant accounts
  •   Facilitating assessment conversations with business leaders and decision makers
  •   Consulting with the project team to tailor solutions to organisational outcomes
  •   Liaising with the project team to ensure the solutions are meeting the client needs
  •   Adding value with current clients to maintain relationships
What experience do I need?
  •   B2B sales or business experience – preferably in a professional service industry
What are the “must haves”?
  •   Fluent in business English
  •   You are currently living in the area
  •   You have the legal right to work in the UK
  •   Flexibility to work during the day, some evenings and occasional weekends
What competencies should I have?
  •   Exemplary prospecting skills
  •   Versed in a consultative sales approach
  •   Comfort in selling to mid to upper level executives
  •   Ability to develop accounts strategically
  •   Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  •   Strong business acumen
  •   Ability to network and connect to the business community
  •   Computer literacy – a high degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems,   Email and email management, normal web and internet functionality and use

What is the Compensation Plan?
  •   Basic Salary £20-22K with commission 
  •   First year OT earnings typically range from £20,000 - £30,000
  •   Second year OT earnings potential from £30,000 - £50,000
  •   Potential for Area Manager/Franchisee role after 2 years
