As Dale Carnegie Corporate Solutions Trainer you will have the opportunity to coach and develop people from a variety of industries and business situations in our Dale Carnegie public programs. Dale Carnegie trainers are expert practitioners that impart the unique Carnegie methodology through engaging and interactive coaching sessions that ultimately impact the results of a company, department or team.

What does the “Day to Day” Look Like?

  • Preparing and delivering public programs based on the local schedule
  • Liaising with DC project teams to ensure participants are improving performance
  • Progress check ins with participants to assist their preparation for sessions
  • Monitoring participant satisfaction during each program
  • Providing feedback to DC project teams on participant growth

 

Requirements

What experience do I need?

  • Minimum of 3-5 years real world, business experience in the field of practice – strong success track-record

What are the “must haves”?

  • Graduate certificate/degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Excellent command in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and understanding), any third language is an asset
  • Very good computer skills
  • Have a reliable transportation
  • Bondable
  • Flexibility to work during the day, some evenings and occasional weekends in order to attend training events, functions and meetings
  • Ability to work in the startup environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and email management, normal web and internet functionality and use

What is the compensation plan?

  • This is a part time role
  • This role is typically compensated depending on candidate qualifications and experience
