What does the "Day to Day" Look Like?

  • Prospecting for new clients and reactivating dormant accounts
  • Facilitating assessment conversations with business leaders and decision makers
  • Consulting with DC project team to tailor solutions to organisational outcomes
  • Liaising with DC project team to ensure the solutions are meeting the client needs
  • Adding value with current clients to maintain relationships
  • Building new business from within existing accounts

What experience do I need?

  • B2B sales or business experience – preferably in a professional service industry

What are the "must haves"?

  • Fluent in business English
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Currently living in the UK
  • You have the legal right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work during the day, some evenings and occasional weekend

What competencies should I have?

  • Exemplary prospecting skills
  • Versed in a consultative sales approach
  • Comfort in selling to mid to upper level executives
  • Ability to develop accounts strategically
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to network – connections to the business community
  • Computer literacy – High degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, Email and email management, normal web and internet functionality and use

What is the compensation plan?

  • Commission structure with bonus program
  • First year earnings typically range from £20 - £30K
  • Second year earnings potential from £30 - £40K
