What does the "day-to-day" look like?
  • Building new business within existing accounts
  • Prospecting for new clients and reactivating dormant accounts
  • Facilitating assessment conversations with business leaders and decision makers
  • Tailoring training solutions for clients and ensuring those solutions are met
  • Adding value with current clients to maintain relationships

 

Requirements
What experience do I need?
  • Three years or more sales, management or business experience – preferably in a professional service industry
What are the "must haves?"
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Vehicle (reliable/personal transportation)
Competencies
What competencies should I have?
  • Well-versed in a consultative sales approach
  • Exemplary prospecting skills
  • Comfort in selling to mid to upper level executives
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to network and make connections to the business community
  • Ability to develop accounts strategically
  • Computer literacy – high degree of comfort with MS Office, normal Internet functionality and use, Email and email management, and preferably experience with a CRM system such as ACT
