What does the "Day to Day" Look Like?

  • Pipeline development and management
  • Conducting sales calls with higher potential clients
  • Account management of key accounts
  • Executing strategic plan to ensure growth and meeting targets
  • Collaborating with Boston Office on marketing projects & plans
  • Execution of public programs and delivery of corporate solutions projects
Requirements

What experience do I need?

  • Proven sales leadership or business experience

 

What are the "must haves"?

  • Are fluent in business level of English
  • Have a reliable transportation
  • Must have lived in the area for a minimum of 1 year
  • 4 year University or College Degree 
Competencies

What competencies should I have?

  • Versed in a consultative sales approach
  • Strong coaching and development orientation
  • Competency with account systems, sales forecasting and P&L management
  • Ability to network – connections to the business community
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literacy –  High degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, Email and email management, normal web and internet functionality and use

What is the compensation plan?

  • This is an independant contractor position.
  • You will be managing the territory so your compensation will be based on your sales and meeting set target goals.
