Support Field Executive EMEA

Currently Dale Carnegie has more than 200 operations in more than 90 countries.

The EMEA region has more than 50 operations and has a dedicated field support team that partners with each of our operations to support their business.  We are currently recruiting a Support Field Executive for the EMEA team. This position is part of the EMEA Field Executive Team and reports to the Regional Vice President for EMEA.

As a Dale Carnegie Support Field Executive you will be working with each of the operations to implement and maintain the Dale Carnegie franchise process and standards. You will also work with the franchisees to achieve better business results. You will have the opportunity to support our operations on a day to day basis through coaching meetings and site visits with local franchisees and their teams.

What does the day to day role look like?

  • Coaching and supporting the franchisees on Dale Carnegie sales and sales management best practices
  • Conducting coaching meetings (virtually and on site)
  • Proactive outreach to franchisees for field support
  • Refining coaching/training materials for operations and sales management
  • Monitoring operations quality throughout the region and  identifying opportunities
  • Conducting region-wide development events 

What experience should you have?

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in B2B service industry
  • Business experience in the EMEA region

What skills and comptencies should you have?

  • Fluent in 3 languages from the EMEA Region including English
  • Currently resident in the EMEA region
  • Ability to travel to different countries in the EMEA Region frequently
  • Exceptional business acumen
  • Strong coaching and development orientation
  • Solid leadership abilities
  • A high level of personal accountability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Computer literacy – Office, Productivity and CRM applications 
  • Conversant with webinar and conference call deliveries (e.g. Go to Meeting, WebEx)

Compensation Plan:

  • Competitive compensation package including salary and year - end bonus program. The candidate’s level of experience and expertise will impact the salary range for this role.
