Delivery Field Support Executive (EMEA)

Description

 

We have Dale Carnegie operations in over 45 countries in the EMEA region. We have a dedicated field support team that partners with each of our operations to support a functional area of their business. This is both an established and growing region and requires a focus on trainer development and quality to maintain the growth.  You will be a part of this regional Field Support Group, reporting to the Regional Vice President for EMEA.

 

As a Dale Carnegie Delivery Field Support Executive you will be working with each of operations to implement and maintain the Dale Carnegie trainer certification process and standards. You will have the opportunity to support our operations on a day to day basis through coaching meetings and site visits with the local Training Directors and trainer groups.

What does the day to day look like?

  • Conducting coaching meetings with trainers (virtually and on site)
  • Monitoring trainer quality throughout the region - identifying opportunities
  • Conducting region-wide trainer development events
  • Delivering sessions for key regional sales contracts
  • Acting as a help desk for solution creation with our local offices
Requirements

What experience do I need?

  • Dale Carnegie Trainer (min 5 years), Master Trainer or Certified Local Training Director is a plus
  • Certified in a minimum of 3 Dale Carnegie Curriculum Areas

 

What are the “must haves”?

  • Fluent in a business level of English –both written and oral
  • Fluency in German and/or Russian or other EMEA languages would be a plus
  • Live in the EMEA region currently 
  • Are able to travel throughout the region and occasionally to the USA overseas for development events and meetings
  • Have a valid passport and able to attain visas to the USA and various EMEA countries
  • Work variable hours due to time zones differences in the region
